Dr. Spear was born and raised on a Missouri beef farm where she found her love of caring for animals. She then attended the University of Missouri where she received her bachelors in animal science and graduated from the Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023.
Dr. Spear is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Christian Veterinary Missions.

Dr. Spear enjoys all parts of veterinary medicine, but she especially enjoys surgery and diagnostic imaging (x-ray and ultrasound). When Dr. Spear is not at work, she enjoys hanging out with her fiancé Zach, her cat Nugget, and her blue heeler named Duke. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, and playing video games.
Dr. Spear is extremely excited to be a member of the team at Gardner Animal Hospital and cannot wait to meet all her new clients and patients!
